Hey adding a bunch more pics starting directly below:
- pics of the completed classrooms (minus a few bells and whistles like windows, doors and floors but those can be added later as at least the kids won't be rained on ) I've been posting these pics because if you checked you can see in the space of 1 month we knocked down the old dilapitated wood and mud classrooms to have brick ones up.
- pics of our visit to the Kakamega Forest reserve which was a nice day trip but a bit disappointing as we didn't see much jungle wildlife
-pics around the village and one to show how dry the soil is even in this the short rainy season. It is definitely like a drought in the low lands here.
-pic of 3 of the people in the Woman's Sewing Group. well there's Simon who has been added as a bit of a spokesman as the others are as quiet as church mice. Also Simon wasn't much help at the Parent's meeting as he didn't tell me what the parents told them.
